You control which information You submit. Certain core features of BodMax require body metrics or images to function properly.

User Content includes:
- Front, side, back, or leg physique photos
- Progress photos
- Text entries and scan-related inputs
- Metadata associated with uploaded images (file type, dimensions, timestamp, device information)
Important:
- When You upload photos for analysis, these images and associated metadata are transmitted to third-party AI service providers to generate physique analysis results. This sharing occurs only with Your explicit consent when You choose to analyze a photo.
- We may use anonymized and de-identified scan data to improve Our AI models and analysis systems.
- We do not publicly display Your photos without Your explicit consent.
- Progress photos are not used for external marketing without opt-in permission.
2.4 Usage Data
We automatically collect:
- Device type and operating system
- App version

To provide physique analysis and body composition insights, We share certain Personal Data with third-party artificial intelligence service providers. Before any data is shared, We obtain Your explicit consent through the Application interface.
What Data We Share:
When You use the body analysis features, We share the following data with third-party AI service providers:
- Physique photos You upload (front, side, back, or leg views)
- Image metadata (file type, dimensions, timestamp)
- Body metrics You provide (weight, height, measurements) when relevant to the analysis
- Account identifier (to associate results with Your Account)
Who Receives Your Data:
Your data is shared with OpenAI, a third-party artificial intelligence service provider that We engage to perform image analysis and body composition calculations. OpenAI is contractually bound to process Your data solely for the purpose of providing analysis services to BodMax and is prohibited from using Your data for their own purposes or sharing it with other parties. User Consent:
We only share Your data with third-party AI services after You have provided explicit consent. This consent is obtained when You choose to upload and analyze a photo through the Application. You may withdraw Your consent at any time by discontinuing use of the analysis features or by deleting Your Account.
Data Protection Standards:
All third-party AI service providers We engage are contractually required to maintain the same or equal data protection standards as BodMax, including appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Your Personal Data. These providers are required to comply with applicable privacy laws and are prohibited from using Your data for purposes other than providing analysis services to Us.
5.2 Service Providers
With vendors that help operate the Service, including cloud infrastructure providers, analytics services, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to protect Your data.

Backups may persist temporarily in accordance with standard retention practices. We delete or anonymize data when no longer necessary unless legally required to retain it.

Your data may be processed on servers outside Your country of residence. We implement safeguards where required by law.
